Sharks Ice at Fremont has programs for adult hockey players of all levels. Hockey 1 (for true beginners) and 2 (for those with more experience) are offered to players looking to improve their basic skills. Classes take place at the same time in different sectiosn on the ice, and then combined for a pickup style game for the final 30 minutes.

For many, our Adult Hockey Classes are taken in preparation for play in our Sharks Ice Adult Hockey League (SIAHL).  Or the Wednesday Night Masters (over 35 League) Though it is not mandatory for new players to follow the entire class progression listed below, we do recommend taking all of the classes in order for the player to maximize his/her enjoyment in the sport.
